Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. Not the perfect fit? No worries — we offer free exchanges to make sure you get the size that feels just right!

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, simply email us at hello@robintowle.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

 

A 20% restocking fee applies to returns. To avoid this fee, consider opting for an exchange—we’ll waive the fee entirely when you choose to exchange your item instead.

 

We understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right—and we want to make finding your perfect fit as smooth as possible. By offering a fee-free exchange option, we’re able to support our customers while also preserving the quality and exclusivity of our limited collections.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Shoe boxes must be returned inside a protective shipping bag or box — not as the shipping container itself. Using the original shoe box as the shipping package may result in damage during transit and could make your return ineligible for a refund or exchange. To ensure your return is accepted, always place the shoe box inside an outer shipping bag or box.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swim wear.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.

 

Exchanges 
Not quite the right fit?                                                                                                           No worries! If your item isn’t what you expected or the fit isn’t just right, you can exchange it for a different size or choose another item from our shop. We’re here to make sure you love what you wear. The 15% restocking fee will also be waived.

 

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current order. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item right away.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days — for any reason, no explanation needed.

 

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, your original payment method will be refunded automatically within 10 business days.

 

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
